Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Version 3 Case Study: The Relationship Between Intercultural Expertise and Corporate Staffing Outcomes – Achieving Tangible Business Improvements through IDI Guided Development

The session will present a case study of a first-of-its-kind application of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) version 3 in a real-world application involving the staffing organization of a prominent global corporation. This session is based upon the new IDI Version 3 introduced in 2009. A real-world case study will be presented in which strong relationships between intercultural competence and corporate staffing (sourcing, selection, hiring) outcomes were found. The case study will include the development of learning goals for the staffing teams. MDB Group is pleased to announce that version 3 of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) is now available. Version 3 features greatly-expanded feedback reports based on the simplified and streamlined five-stage Intercultural Development Continuum (IDC). MDB Group and our partner ITAP International are proud to present a webinar on diversity and inclusion (D&I) as a key enabler of business success.

Diversity and Inclusion as a Business Strategy for any Organization

Sustainable diversity and inclusion (D&I) initiatives are about helping achieve the organization’s key business goals by applying a workforce and workplace lens to the business goals. When grounded in these principles, D&I initiatives become core business strategies that engage CEOs and senior leaders and enable meaningful workplace culture change. These principles apply to all organizations whether they are global or local, for-profit or not-for-profit, corporate or academic or governmental.

Participate in this webinar to learn how you can help make this happen in your organization. Accept a challenge to shift your own thinking and perspective. We will present practical planning models and tools that you can use within your own organization.
