workforce?

metrics should I use?

Sustainable diversity and
inclusion strategies to grow your organization
Discover more about how we design sustainable D&I initiatives
in our four-part D&I learning series and in a replay
of a recent webinar. Here is an abstract for both the series
and the webinar. The series uses flash and the replay uses
Windows Media Player.
Sustainable D&I initiatives
are about helping achieve the organization’s
key business goals by applying a workforce and
workplace lens to the business goals. When
grounded in these principles, D&I initiatives
become core business strategies that engage CEOs
and senior leaders and enable meaningful workplace
culture change. These principles apply to all
organizations whether they are global or local,
for-profit or not-for-profit, corporate or academic
or governmental.
D&I initiatives should:
- Focus intently on achieving key business
objectives.
- Build a workforce with employees from
all different backgrounds to ensure sufficient
breadth and depth of capabilities.
- Build a workplace in which everyone has
the skills and cultural competence to communicate
and work well together with colleagues that
have increasingly diverse cultural backgrounds.

D&I Webinar Replay
The webinar replay is available in Macromedia
Flash and Windows Media Player formats.
Please understand that the original webinar recording
had variable audio quality, three brief sound dropouts,
and some echo at the end. Both benefit from a high-speed
Internet connection. The modular online learning
series to the left is more compatible with slower
Internet connections.
